sell it on ebay.
the 250 is closer to a 85 250sx/es than a 200x. it may fit in a 350x frame as a replacement for a bad 350x motor till you get the 350 replaced.

my uncle made a trx350x and the 350 bolted right in, so he has the 250x motor sitting around
