just blew up my 86 250r atc i purchsed a 1988 250r 4 mill crank for it yesterday and later on i was told the 88 had a longer rod? if this is true how will i get to work on my 86? space up jug? please some one help![]()

Call Wiseco.They will tell you what you need.
There are tons of threads on this, I believe you just use the 88 Long rod piston to make it work..
I found this info here, apparently just get the 88 piston kit and you are set.

ok, BUT, im putting on the esr 310 cylinder kit on it will i need to change anything on that piston size or anything?
ESR Should just send you the piston for the long rod motor to fit the 310kit.
You better ask them, and tell them what you have for a Crank and rod set-up.
