    Having trouble with front axle...

Any one have ideas on removing a front axle from a 200s. Seems that the axle is seized in. Almost rounded off the bolt after removing those 4 bolts from the forks. Im also new to this thing so I might be missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Need it off to get it ready for bearings

Put a tight socket on it and rattle it off with a air impact wrench...

A lot of times the axle will fuse with the inner bearring race from moisture getting into the hub and causing rust. That is a tough job sometimes. One thing you could try to do is heat up the outer hub on both sides, and try to hit the axle through. You may want to use somthing to protect the threads, such as a piece of wood or somthing. I have had one that just simply wouldnt move, so I had to rip out the rubber seal on each side, and get a , punch and chizel and break the bearrings out, then got the axle out. Its a litttle easier from there, but remember to remove the outer bearring races if you end up breaking the bearrings. Heat is most times your best choice. Good luck.
