    200x Exhaust Q

I got the stock exhaust on my 200x, when I bought it it had a different exhaust system on it. When I put the header and muffler on it seems like the header is just a tad to short. With the muffler attached to its mounts it leaks where they meet. Is that normal or is there something that I should put around the header to stop this?

It should be sealed tight, but I have seen many of them leak. There should be a clamp type ring that squeeses it together, I dont know what else you could do.. Maybe a Heat wrap tape they use on motorcycle pipes? Or a small U shaped exhaust clamp from the hardware store. Not sure....
