    84 250R rear brake bleeding ..........

Hi All, have not been on here for a long time, hope all have been well.

I had ALL the fluid out of my caliper and hoses to paint the caliper.

It's all together now, filled resivoir with fluid and it won't pump it to the caliper, the resivoir just stays full.

Next I tried sucking it through on the caliper bleeder with hose installed on it of course, that didn't work either.

What is the next step, should I take caliper hose off and fill the caliper, is that my whole problem possibly?

    Thank You

If you unhook the hose from the top of the master cylinder does fluid run out??? If so, the piston might be stuck all the way up In the master cylinder, that will not allow the fluid to be pulled from the reservoir. I have seen this quite a few times. Pull the clip out of the master, along with the rod. Is the piston stuck up In the bore???
