I believe I have a bad coil in my Yamaha YT125. The resistance test gave me:
Primary 5.4 ohms
Secondary 5.8 ohms
Bad coil right?

This is what the haynes manual says.
Primary winding resistance-1.0 ohms
secondary winding resistance-5.9 K ohms
pickup coil resistance-10 ohms
ignition charge coil resistance-300 ohms
