it has 2 exhaust pipes because it has dual exhaust valves (2) that open to let twice the exhaust out faster and it needs 2 pipes if it has 2 valves and chambers.

yes it has such a big cylinder they need the extra port.A good way to prove to him that its only 1 cylinder is it only has 1 spark plug.
Yeah you can't have 1 plug to two cylinders![]()
My dad asked my friend sitting on his warrior "That thing two wheel drive then, or is it 4?"![]()

My dad's ford ranger has 8 plugs & 4 cylinders. When he bought it he was so excited...."I got me a Ranger with a V8"...I let that one go for awhile, he finally figured it out on his own.
Also ask him if he sees two cylinders 8)
airmancam......i dont see why you think a 350x is hard to kick....im 5'11 and 155lbs and I can kick one over easily....2 of them would be a little work...but imagine kickstarting the older harleys....talk about compression
your all wrongthe 350X is not a single cylinder.
all total it has 6 cylinders
combustion chamber cylinder.....................1
front brake master cylinder.......................1
rear brake master cylinder........................1
front brake caliper is twin cylinder..............2
rear brake caliper is single cylinder............1
.................................................. ............6
My 350x isnt that hard to kick either because it has never been beat or abused. And never road much untill i bought it. My other one on the other hand is a trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro to get started! Ask anyone with a 350x a sorta beatin one and they will tell you lol![]()
Ummm wouldn't a twin cylinder 350X be EASIER to kick over since you would only be on the compression stroke of 175cc at any given time?
The new Dodge pickups with the Hemi have that dual sparkplug thing. I'd hate to see the bill for 16 new plugs and wires, esp. if your getting performance plugs and wires.
