What are the best axle bearings?

Got a '85 200x and the axle bearings are shot. not loose but they do not spin very freely. they are not that old 1.5 years. is this normal for them to be worn now? should I change them every year? I used some from JL atv. they were cheap, what is the best brand? Honda? or something else?

i'm going to try oem honda bearings in my bearing carrier. I've tried the cheapos last year and now they are shot. I didn't really put much time on them.
