It was easy for me to stop. I usually only did it when I was doing stuff with the army. Once my mouth started to hurt I had to put it down. I wasn't really addicted yet. I could just feel it destroying my mouth. I hope you all stop. I gotta stop smoking myself.

Do I still crave it? SURE I do have times that a smoke or chew sounds good...but I refuse myself because I know I'll just get right back at it. $5.00 a pack...and tins that were less than a $1.00 WOW what a rip.
