Just gotta 250R the other day. It's pretty quick. Plan on getting new plastics for the rear, rear sprocket, front 12 sprocket, air filter, new chain and probably a new pipe if I can find one. Already gotta new spark plug, changed the trans oil, and got most of the mud and crap off of it. It's an 83 and in a few months I plan on getting the carb done up and have it bored and a piston. Can't wait to get it on the dunes. 8)
