hey, I was woundering what you have to do to get the points to open up more. the book says the gap has to be .3-.4 and right now a .3 wont fit so I need to open them up but how?

The book should also mention how to open em too...which manual are you useing? Anyway a quickie....you need 2 flattips plus a flashlight and your feeler (ya useing two hands through the flywheel nice one HOnda), you loosen the screw, take the other flattip kinda gently push open, and feeler it. Takes a few stabs,but that outta do it. Oh by the way make sure the opening is not at top dead center but at fire.....and dont loosen the screws too much they are shorty's. Have fun.....When your ready to dump the points lemme know...THere are better ways.
