no pictures on the 86? The bike maybe still worth getting. the 86 front suspension is alone worth getting.

the 86 is on c.l withpics this time but he has 85 parts on it here is a pic im not getting this one. on saturday hopefully im going to look at and buy the 85 that needs a fuel pump probaly or just a tune up.will keep you posted and if all looks good ill be riding again sooon

they have fuel pumps? if not i think its low compression or dirty carb

he'll take a trade for 200x or 350x. but is it really worth it. I got an 85 200x I'd like to trade but my bike is mint. he said he really wanted to trade and not sell

looking at the 85 this week sometime any thing i should look for it?? oh yea whats the shift pattern ?

1 down 4 up in the shifting pattern.I would look at the footpeg mounting area.Thats a weak spot.Just check the bike over as you would any bike.Swinger bearings.brakes etc.. Dont forget pics for us!!!

thanks mike .ill get pics and in the pics he sent me the right footpeg aint there.can i just weld the old one back on? my dad is a welder so it would be done right.ill have alot more ?'s if i get it..

Once you weld it on.it is pretty much permenant!!! Get the bike first and see why the footpeg is not there.You can always drill completly threw and threw bolt it.. Cant wait to see what you got going.
