That one stuck on the fence is a reticulated Python. Largest of the Python family.

You might be right on the tree boa. They look almost identical to the green tree python.

I have had a couple red-tailed boas with very mixed results. Fluffy, a 6 footer that I kept for a friend, was very gentle, loving and super trust worthy around anyone and everyone.

Then I bought my own (Daisy) from a pet store. She was probably a foot long when I got her - so not very old. She grew up and was just plain mean. She bit one of my friends and eventually got to where she would strike the cage sometimes when I walked past. I gave her away.
