its a pretty lame question but here it goes, When is the gas off and on on the petock on mine theres only two choices but the letters are scratched. if someone can post pics of its petcock it would be great.

Ok here's what you do, disconnect the line just after the petcock, turn it and find what is on/off by when the gas does/doesn't flow, and take a lil metal engraver tool and write on the petcock "on" and "off". That's how you'll know.

Or to do things the easy way put the arrow up for on then the arrow to the right when off then reserve is on the bottom. If the arrow is worn off its the round part that is the arrow. Not the long way.

on the switch of the petcock the long part of the switch can point up or to th right, when it points to the up what is it on? and when it points to the right what is it on?

Ok dude you dont want the long part to point up. But if it does on your trike which it may on the older ones up is always on and the right is off.
