ATC 90 locked up...

I guess this is going to turn into sort of a build thread........ UPS showed up today and I picked up some E-bay parts last night...Turns out he's a member here..lol...

Well....I got er bored out to fit the 104 piston... Put it all back together this weekend....Having some trouble gettin er started....I can't count how many times I've rebuilt the pull starter over the course of the weekend...1) it has alot of compression. 2) the wheel in the recoil is kinda rough from weather so it eats the rope after time... Maybe some cord should be in the works....

Anyways- back to the starting trouble...I set it up with the new carb but had some issues with the throttle cable and tank fitment...I could only get about 1/2 throttle with the new carb because there is no adjustment on the cap like the stocker.. I tried firing it on the new carb but after a few adjustments it started leaking out the bottom of the bowl and just wouldn't quit no matter what I did....So I cleaned up the stocker and put it back on...it's so close to firing it's not even funny... I pops like it's gonna run every couple of pulls...The most i've gotten is about 3 revolutions....If anyone has any advice on getting it to run I'm all ears... We're leaving for the Oregon dunes in a week from wednesday.

Also....What is the stock carb (keihin) and can I get bigger jets for it and where? Does Jetsrus.com carry them? I need to place an order there anyway for some jets for the tecate and my Banshee...
