Will a 86 pipe & muffler fit on a 84? If not, where are the differences, is it just a different pipe and will the mufflers interchange?

There is night and day difference between the 2 models. The diffences include bends, mounting, length, ect. You would need a lot of spare time to re-bend, cut and weld, then fabricate or move new brackets. To me it's not worth it. Buy the right one and spend the spare time riding instead of modifying. It may cost you but Time can't be replaced. Once it's gone it's gone for ever.
