Hello I am looking at possibly purchasing a 1985 Big Red 250 from the original owner. I was wondering what it is worth? The bike is located 2 hours away from me though. Looking at the picture it looks like a real nice trike. I spoke with the owner and it has the original tires on it, but one tire doesnt hold air. It needs a new battery and the gas tank leaks. It hasnt been run in over a year he said. Plastics look good because its been kept in an airplane hanger since new. However for the past 3 months the bike has been kept outside under a tarp because he sold his plane. What is it worth? He was asking $600 but said since I am so far away that he would take $500. What do you guys think?
