Teaching quads a lesson
Has anyone bought one of these bolt kits? I have many numerous bolts from who knows how many machines.But in doing the Tri-Z build very nice.I dont want to order every nut and bolt I need.Plus they are a green shape color now??? That and I dont know anyone here locally that can rezinc them or what ever. So what do you guys think of the bolt kits?I hate the stainless allen sets too by the way!!

i have bought the 400 piece sets from the fastener guy and liked them very much but if you are trying to do the entire z with all new bolts id buy 2 sets but the 1 gets most of themOriginally Posted by mike from long island

I have many nice bolts for the rebuild.Just happen to see this.Figured it might have a few I am missing.Plus it doesnt hurt to have extra hardware around for other machines. Thanks

I too have purchased from the fasteder guy for my rides, I always seem to need a bolt sometimes and they are there-I like to have 2-3 of the kits for restores as well,sometimes those hard to find thread pitches are in those kits.I like them and have had no issues at all with them.

Got the holeshot
The only problem ive ever had with aftermarket bolts are the head size, it drives me nuts that they have a 13mm head instead of a 12. Wonder if these have the correct size heads?
