I wondered the same thing. I have thought that they are trying to tank the dollar on purpose so that we could cut deals on our debts. About the same way people do in Bankruptcy. Also it would usher in the Amero or World Currency since we are what stands in the way. We being the American people.

I may be way off base with this topic, but if so, just say the word.

I glanced over a article last week about how a few people (that were pro socialism) were pushing a plan years ago, to drive the US, into Banruptcy, and large dependency on the welfare system, strictly to weaken the financial strong hold the USA has carried for years.
If true, that explains why we are, where we are at now..

I am not into debating the topic, just wondered if anyone else has heard the same thing?

That is the socialist's/statist plan. Plant the seeds to grow an oak. Hence the name Acorn. They want to overwhelm the system to bring a socialist revolution. Read Mark Levin's book Liberty and Tyranny. Almost everyone Obama has surrounded himself with has the same feelings, or has ties to the same feeling.

From the info I've been following for a few years now, I believe that is the case.

That this is taking place is becoming easier to see, but I believe that Obama, Pelosi, Bernanke, etc..... are not the architects. They are the puppets.

Their Masters are creating an emergency and they will offer their "solution" wrapped in "only way out" wrapping paper. Something tells me we're not going to like it.

I agree 100%. that, and taking the fall for it if it goes south, and with people beginning to wake up, i'd say its heading south pretty fast.

I honestly hope they do. We are a lazy complacent country for the most part. I think this will get people motivated for a revolution. If the next president is not a Reagan like conservative its too late. It will lead to an armed revolution. I actually hoped McCain lost. To me he was too left, but moderate at the same time. I think with Obama, Reid, and Pelosi showing their extreme nature it will hopefully lead to another conservative revolution through the ballot box. If not, the Russian Professor is correct. We will have civil war. (If you remember that story)

I share your hope, but I fear that the two parties(what little difference there really is between them) that control politics in this country will keep elections more of a "beauty pageant" that a serious opportunity for honest change. I no longer believe it's possible for us to correct course at the ballot box.

As far as armed revolution goes, we are not alone in that expectation. I hope and pray that horror can be avoided, but if the choice is between fighting or living on our knees, I say let it come sooner than later so that my children don't have to face it without me.

That is why, next year, myself, and most of my family has decided we will vote to re-elect Mr. Obama for a second term.
