Question about 3 Wheeler!!! Need advice

Hello I am new to this forum and my question might seem less interesting, but I need an advice/assistances in getting to the right place to purchase 3-Wheeler!

I am actually looking for something quite specific, an auto that caught my eye while on the trip to San Francisco!

I am attaching the photo of this auto!




Does anybody have any idea where or who might manufacture the same or similar autos?

I am trying to locate the people who I can talk to about purchasing modified version of this 3-wheeler!

I have tried contacting them, but they are not responding! Maybe someone has different idea about getting this kind of a vehicle?!
