I will be around quite often.

What I want to bring to this forum, is a polite friendly atmosphere (free) , that once existed, but seems to have gone astray.

My job here is simple.

If any member gets out of line, I will be talking with you.

You will recieve an infraction (free). At that time, you should think about why you got the infraction, learn from it, and move on.

I will tell you all right now.

When you recieve an infraction, the worst thing you can do is reply with a nasty argumentive reply,wheter from me or any other Moderator.
You will be Banned without question (totally free).

We will no longer tolerate the bashing, trolling, post baiting, improper remarks, pornographic pictures, and just general internet "Tough Guy" attitudes.

Consider an infraction your warning.
Continue, those same habbits, and you will get Banned (FREE).

Any members found to be attacking the site, the rules, other members or Moderators, will be dealt with in a swift manner.
We will also spare no tolerance for site vs. site comparisons, in a negative context.

If you are about to leave a post, that seems marginal, best advice is to change your post or not even post at all.
If you dont like something a guy did, move on to the next thread.
We are absolutely done with the negativity brought about by rude people.

This site is here to be fun, informative, and a hub for members of the triking community.

You are right...I changed it to show where the free prizes were.

Let me offer up some friendly advice as well. When any of you see something that gets your blood boiling, instead of jumping into the argument, click on the little "report post" button. It's in the upper right corner of every post (the little exclamation point). That button is kinda like the Bat Signal. Click on it and The Punisher will soon arrive.

If you see no action taken, THAT DOES NOT MEAN NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. Most moderation occurs privately. That might change soon so that things are a little less confusing.

And also, DON'T FREAK OUT if you get an infraction! 95% of the time it's not that big of a deal. It's simply meant as a warning that you did something inappropriate for the site. It is not the end of the world. If you're getting infractions over and over again... you might want to take a step back and decide if you really want to be a member of this community or not. The troublemakers that constantly get infractions will be banned for increasingly longer periods of time ending up with a permanent ban eventually.

Last thing. Ease up and have fun. That's why we're here and that's why this is becoming more out in the open. Even the mods come here for their love of trikes and the simple enjoyment of it all. None of us WANT to give out infractions and ban people and the last thing any of us want to deal with is getting chewed out for enforcing the rules. That crap will not be tolerated at all any longer. We can all be talked to in a civil manner if you disagree with something but if you guys saw some of the BS we deal with privately your heads would spin.

wow i used to come on here alot when i was younger and i just recently started coming on again an i cant believe how many times i read threads like these i had no clue people have gotten so bad on this site and cant follow simple common sense rules

This site used to be moderated pretty tight back then. Lately it's been much more relaxed and a small number of people have been taking advantage of that. We're just putting things back the way they used to be.

I have been on this site for almost 5 years.
In the beginning, people complained about the word filter, post edits, and bans without warnings.
So 3WW lays off on the word filter and edits, starts issuing infraction warnings before a banning, implements a voting system that no one uses, and numerous other features to try to curb the complaints, and problems on a fair level.

Guess what?
These features or relaxed settings were completely taken advantage of, or ignored.
Looks like it is time to go back to what worked.
