My 125M is missing the front headlight, I happen to have a spare headlight from 85 200s. Is it interchangable? I know the the post set-up are slightly different on the headlight unit.

Correct, you know how the 110 there right behind the back so it sits flush with the forks, compared to the 200s where it has a bracket on the side.

I know they will swap because 100% sure. My brother has this aftermarket one on both his 110 and his 200s
