4 jets in the 350x carb???

At BikeBandit they list 4 different jets...
#14 and 23 I recognize, and I see another one in the carb (#22?) Ihavent seen these other jets references anywhere. I want to make sure this thing is clean before I write off the whole carb as "not working"
Any insight you can provide is, as always, much appreciated!

Here is my real question, looking at the bottom of my carb there are the two jets I would expect to see, then there is a brass fiitting that can be removed with a flathead. It appears to be some smaller jet, but it appears plugged. Should it be open or is it not hollow throught the center
