    200e xr200r questions

    i have a lawn mower that i custom built from the ground up.it has a 200e stock engine and i want to get a Xr200r pison would that work.. fyi i cant change the outside dimensions like cylinder and head because of space requirements. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kVK4UngkWrM

    The xr200 run a little different cylinder size and I dont remember off the top of my head what it is but if you want a little more compression just use the stock 200x piston which is also a flat top piston (@ 65mm stock ) or you could buy a wiseco piston and it will really make the custom tractor sound strong

    did you change sprockets/gearing to get it to 55mph?

    i have also heard that i could use 200x aftermarket cam, xr200r 26mm carb or dg 27mm keihn do you know if this is true or worth it

    The top end of you motor is the same as a 200x except the 200x head and cylinder have larger cooling fins . You can use all the same high preformance parts off the 83-85 200x model .
    I believe those carbs do work but I havnt tryed them . I like to use the mikuni 28mm carb set up with aftermarket manifold which is the old skool way .

    my worn the slap out 200e with so little compression it couldn't even blow your thumb off the plug hole would get very close to 50 though the clutch was so worn you wouldn't take off until mid throttle...
