Just wondering if anyone knows the title rules for the trikes on new mexico? In arizona, I have to purchase a bonded title for my trike, at the cost of $100 each and wanting to title 3 other trikes, I got to thinking my brother in law lives in new mexico. I thought maybe sending him a notorized bill of sale and see if he could get a title with it. Then have the title notorized and have it sent back. Will that work? jim
