    200x won't start!?

Ok last night I got home and was going to start up my '85 200x and take it for a spin. I did everything like I usually do. 1. I turn the fuel ON, 2. I place choke on half-choke, 3. I put switch on "RUN", 4. I get to kickin'!!! It usually only takes me 2 or 3 kicks to get her going. For some reason last night she didn't want to turn on? I tried at least 25 kicks. I tried starting with no-choke, half-choke, and full-choke and nothin! What do you think it could be? Last time I started it was about 2-3 weeks ago before I gave her a bath. Could it be the spark plug that need's replacing? Whats the exact process you guy's go thru when you start your atc's? I'm kinda new to the atc world so I'm still learning new things everyday! Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

I would pull the plug and see if it has spark first and check the plug.

replacing the spark plug is always my first step when they won't start. You will alsos want to check for spark. Do so by removing the spark plug from the motor - insert the plug back into the plug boot (to the coil) - then touch the plug to the head and kick it over while watching for a nice bright blue spark.

So after I take the spark plug out of the motor, I put the boot back on the plug and then where do I touch plug with?

touch the end of the plug to any metal piece on the motor - head fin, side case, anything bare metal to create a ground.
