TRX90 swingarm, shock, carrier and axle. Shorten the swingarm 8" and redrill the 70 rims to four bolt. The brakes work extremely well as they were designed to stop bigger wheels and you get a good chain tensioner setup with no need for a spring loaded tensioner.

I'm also trying to figure this out.

The TRX90 swing arm looks promising.

Here it is. I have not got a rear view but you can still get the idea. The ride is perfect and not too high and tippy. I designed the triple clamps to let the forks get good travel but not make it sit too high. I don't like the bar stool effect on some suspended 70's. With the rear shock, I have used the standard TRX90 but I suppose you could use a Works Performance etc replacement. The forks are Honda ST90. The frame headstock is standard ATC70 and the rest is 3/4" tube.

Wow - beautiful. What's the frame?

The TRX90 rear axle and swing arm seem to be pretty rare unfortunately.

I read somewhere recently that the 250r rear hubs are a perfect fit on the TRX90 rear axle splines. If that's true would it be a better than re-drilling?

250R hubs of any model will not fit. The TRX90 splines are way smaller than any other ATC or TRX.
The frame is one I fabricated.
