Can a Elec starter be put on a 84 200 Honda

Got to have my shoulder worked on this next year. Unable to use the rope starter
now. Can a elec starter be put on without a lot of problems and expense??
Thanks and sorry for a dumb question but it would be nice to run it as I can't do so now.

The 200es and 200m have electric start. He probably has a 200s. There's a company called Goki that makes add-on electric starters for these. They're not cheap!
