My ytm smokes like a train when i ride it, what would be causing it to smoke? rings bad and letting the crank oil up? i know two strokes smoke but this is alot and it smells! Lmk thanks

On a two stroke, its usually gas/oil mix, or tar buildup in the exhaust, which gas/oil mix can contribute. Also if a crank seal on the clutch side leaks, it will suck in oil from the crank.

are you mixing your oil, or using the auto lube. Just curious if your mixture is really fat.

Oh yeah, I forgot those have an oil injector. In the older bikes, those were set at like 20:1, you youve probably got all kinds of sticky tar crap throughout your exhaust. Sounds like a good candidate for clean burning Blue Marble!

i wouldnt doubt that as this trike was sitting since march and only driven last winter, otherwise it sat for a long time and all the crap just stayed there. ill have to see how it is when im able to drive it (need a new tire so i dont know if it stops when it warms up, i just drove it for a min. or two) thanks
