Found my oil leak... I hope!

I took the oil injection off of my yt 125, just going to mix gas... wound up with oil all over my floor! will the oil pump throttle leak where the cable goes in if it is not plugged?
Thanks for any help in advance!

    the cable is already off

If you don't want to use the oil injection, just don't add oil in the tank.Removing the cable isn't necessary....anyway the oil pump will not inject oil when the tank will be empty....

I would of left the cable attached to the oil injection pump so that the cable does not jam in the splitter and make sure and block off all the oil injection lines. I don't recommend just draining the oil tank because the Yamaha oil injection pump has metal gears that ride on the motors crankshaft which is lubricated by two stroke oil, so ether you have to pull the pump off and pull the guts out of it and put the pump housing back on or you can make sure that there is oil in the oil injection pump and block the lines to keep oil lubricating the pump.
