How to take out groments and put them on new front fender?

I used a screwdriver to get them out. Then used my fingers to put them back in. They are definitely tight. They should be called Jesus grommets because a couple of them flew across the garage while I was taking them out. A little wd40 helps too. Put some elctrical tape over the tip of a straight screwdriver, put it in the hole underneath the edge of the grommet and pry.
