Does anyone know if the trx 450 bearing carrier will fit the 400ex swinger- i have a trx axle and carrier set up and intend to use complete trx set up at the rear. Everything looks to be the same measurement at the swinger end.

thank you for your feed back- does that matter with trx axle- surely the clamp around the swinger will hold it secure - any ideas would be gratefully received i do have machine shop access

i'm not sure what you need to know. the 450R axle also will not fit the 400EX. the bearing surface is farther apart on the 450 axle.Originally Posted by nick walke

thank you - just to clarify i wish to use a trx axle , trx carrier and install it into the 400ex swinger- the exterior dimensions of the clamp on the swinger are the same - but i need to know will the swinger hold the carrier in the correct manner- any ideas or feedback would be very grateful this is now driving me insane and i need to know what bits to buy
