    86 R price range

Found me an R I think i can get. Not too much, too far away, or too nice to ride on a daily basis. 1986 250r, says good plastic, no seat rips, less than 50 hours on rebuild, new carb and air filter. But the case has been welded by sprocket (i'm guessing thrown chain) , no leaks there, but oil plug does leak (occasionaly), both rear tires leak slowly, missing head and taillights. Guy want $1500, says it's been garaged for the last 5yrs he's owned it. Always cleaned and maintained after every ride. Before I hop my happy ass in my truck, I'm gonna ask for some pics of this case "welding", to save myself some gas money. Too much money for the problems it has. I don't do much night riding, so the lights aren't a must have item now, and I can deal with slow leaking tires.
