    Question Tri-Z chain slider options?

Can anyone tell me if there are any options for the front and rear Tri-Z chain sliders if I cant find a stock one? Thanks

Stock are available from the dealer.
But UPP makes the sliders for the Banshee, and the rear Banshee slider is a direct bolt on in the UPP design. It is slightly longer andmay need trimmed if you run the stock skid plate.
I also am pretty sure the UPP front slider will fit the Z swinger with some slight cutting and trimming, but I have not tried to convert the fronts over yet.I have sized them up and they are close, and much beefier than OEM.
The rear will work for sure though.

    No problem.
There is a thread in the mad scientist or world class help section with a huge list of retro parts for the Z.

Not sure where you came up with that. I can insure you, fronts are discontinued. Have been almost six months. Rears are available in OEM still.

That is news to me. I saw them on Ebay within the last few months, so I figured they were still around. But thanks for the heads up.
Guess it is time to get on the Banshee front slider fitment then.

Jeswinehart is working with these materials and doing a super fantastic job! Send him a PM if they are gone and you guys need them made up. He doesn't even need group buys, just seems like a great guy!!

I do think the banshee has the same mount,, but its longer and it allows the chain to rub on the skid plate.. some new front ones would be sweet!

Last I talked to John, he was not interested in pursuing the Z front slider. I have been buying up front sliders for sometime now. As most of you know I work for a yamaha dealer. I checked with yamaha's parts people and they tell me its discontinued. Its pretty sad. I hope they dont start axing other Z stuff.
