nice bigwheels man, i have had my eye out for a 350 for awhile, they are very rare around here. Just saw one few days ago right in my area, first one in a long time. It was restored nicely, but guy wanted 3g's. More than I want to part with. That is a beautiful 4-zinger also!! I just picked one up for my son. It is red, all original, sounds a little rough when running though. as soon as i tie up some other projects i want to get into that little thing.

Yes the bw 350's are very rare down here in texas . As far as the 1986 yamaha 4-zinger yf-60 . I completly restored it powder coated frame , new crank bearings , bore and piston kit , new carb , all gaskets and seals , new yamaha sky blue plastic , NOS decals by speed and sport , 4 new tires . You have a nice looking 4 zinger there . It still has the factory tires still on the bike . These little bikes are very easy to overhaul .

yep, it is a complete bike....or so he says. will have to see when i get there. not bad for $200 since they sell for 10 times that. gotta have my brother in law look at the motor. if it can be salvaged and rebuilt then i'll likely have the frame PC'd. i'll probably ride the bike a few times and sell it to fund other projects i have going. if the motor is beyond repair, it'll be parted out. either way, i don't think i did bad for the price.

there isn't much info out there about these bikes. how many bw350's were made? what is the top speed? also, since you have some experience with these bikes, i may have to rely on you for some help locating parts and assembly.

Tri-shee, I just picked up nos tank and side covers from speed sport. I'm still looking for a rear fender though. They have nos headlight surround and front fenders even though the front fender is different from mine. My fender is like the maier tri z fender. I thought about picking up a maier front fender and wouldn't mind finding a nos tri z white headlight shroud and the bw200 rear fender. Are there any rear fenders down around your area? I thought about taking the rear swinger off and repowdercoating that and getting all the parts to rebuild the intermediate shaft.
