I have a friend who works for a tire shop so I change my own tires for free on their machine. They will do most any tire, including ATV. The split wheels they don't like to do but they will do them. If your shop won't do ATV tires, find someone who will. They're not that difficult.

because the new tire was misshapen from sitting in a stack of tires and he couldn't get it to seat. Then he jams a screwdriver in the hole and torques it to get the holes to line up. Bent the rim a little, so he grabs a socket extension and his HAMMER again and says "oh, I'll straighten that out for ya". Gee, thanks bud. Then he proceeds to charge me $32.50 because it took so long... I gotta tell ya, my backside hurts right now.
....a little lube go's along way...split rims are easy...just take a few more minutes to do properly.
