Honda 200cc 4 stroke tuning advise.

XR rod end is wider then the ATC but the ATC rod has shims on either side to make up the gap, looks as if the bugger will work... length is the same, as is the wrist pin side of the con rod.

I added pictures of the trannys out of the case, then into the 200s case half. I still need to pull the crank and clutch from the other half to be 100% sure this works without binding. I circled the differences in the cases, one is of a nook that the ATC has but the XR doesn't (that seams to not affect the swap), the crank bearing size differences, one is the 5-speed and 6-speed gear sets side by side, and finally,.. count them,.. 6-SPEED INSTALLED IN THE ATC BLOCK!

Oh, and if someone wants to donate a bare 200x crank case w/rolling crank for experimentation, I could figure out if the 6-speed will work for it too. If I (fully) install this tranny in my bike, I will be hard pressed to pull it back apart to try other blocks.
