You got the right plug? If so how new is it? Anytime my zinger has a hard time starting its the plug.

Fresh plug, and make sure your exhaust is open... The expansion chamber is very prone to plug on the zingers.... Simple fix is to pull the silencer off, and take a half inch drill bit, and drill into the expansion chamber. (there is a mesh screen in there that gets plugged with carbon) A half in ch hole will eliminate that problem. Also, make sure your silencer is clean... Had to take mine apart and burn the carbon off with a LP torch, and scrape the crap out... Ran like a dream then...
