83-84 250R tank scoops. Where to get? Maier dose not make them.

Im replacing all the fenders on my 83R maier has those but not the scoops. Anywhere else i can buy them? or other models that fit? Thanks

Watch ebay... I couldnt order a new maier trunk lid for my BR from maier, but could find new ones on the bay...

Maier made super scoops back in the day, but they are pretty hard to come by now a days. Last 2 nos sets i sold on ebay got bid up over 100 bucks each,, think ive only got 1 maybe 2 sets left..

Aussieduner makes reproduction tank scoops for the 83/84R
I''ve got a couple sets of them for my 83R.he makes them in black and white there easy to paint aswel if you want a different color.

ive got a full set of NOS Maiers in white id sell, Low Pro rears that are discontinued, vented and reg. front I think the vented is dis. con. too, and ive got white and red short track tanks for the air cooled R too that is long discntiued, these dont take the super scoops.. Ive got one set of white super scoops for sure and maybe a set of red too, but last I knew my brother called dibs on the white ones, he has changed his mind a few times on what route he was going on weather he was going to use a short track tank or not, if he dont and dont want the super scoops ill let you know, or send me a pm asken about them in a few days to give me a chance to talk to him about them.. How ever I do have several fronts one set of rears and a tank or two up for grabs.. I no longer have the fork gaurds in the last pic, but you can see what the super scoops look like... In pic 3 and 4 you can see how much more room there is to turn the forks after the steering stops are removed..

Got mine on e-bay, OEM's think they were about 80 bucks. They use to be on there pretty regularly.
