Yep, getting itch to get back on the water and beneath it too.
Got diving plans for April and bought the grand daughter a new fishing pole for her birth day Tuesday.
Been eyeing the pontoon in the back yard with thoughts of putting in the water 2 weekends from now.
Been nice all this week but sounds like we have 1 more crummy snow/rain week end coming up and hopefully that will be the last of that till next winter.
We ate up the last of the pan fish from the freezer a month ago.

The Wachusett ressy is sopposed to open the first week of april. Great place for lake trout, rainbows, browns, steelheads, small mouths, large mouths, a lot of pan fish ect ect. But with all this rain we just had there is no shore line left. The spillway it closed because if they open it half of my town clinton will be gone. It is still going up and over it. It is quiet the incredible site. My town is considered a disaster area. Absolutely incredible.

I wish, its $10 a day here to fish, and you have to have a certain license for what fish you are fishing...garbage.

wah and i though 16.50 or somthing like that was bad for the year (gotta buy a trout stamp for trout and some other extra stamps ya can get)

i'm looking at trying fly fishing, got a spot up at camp that i can take the wheeler thru a back woods trail and hit a couple good spots.

Can't wait to get out. Hoping to get into saltwater fishing more this year and actually get out on a boat. And try fly fishing.

Anyone in New England....have you caught anything yet or is the water still too cold?
