    NEED HELP ASAP.. 200x timing chain

    I am right in the middle of getting the top end on. When I went to put the gear on the cam.. The timing chain is way too tight still. The tensioner is pushed all the way. Need suggestions on which way I should go next.

    Are you sure you don't have it bunched up on the crank sprocket?

    I pulled the cam out.. Engine and chain both spin smoothly.

    I pulled everything apart.. One of the tensioners was messed up a little. I replaced it and put it back together.
