86 250sx rear wheel bearings and swing

What are the best bearings for rear wheel and swing arm? Looking @ my shop manual dose not show the far side (left) at all, is there a swing arm bearing on that shaft side? It looks real hard to get out the races in there they show a special tool with a sliding weight in the manual. Thanks for any help.

Yeah, Dads. That's where I bought mine. Good stuff, good price, and I'm pretty sure they were ALL BALLS brand.

Yes, it's spelled "Dads". But I'll bite...how cheap can we get them for, where to get them, and how to size them? Oh, and matching seals too....
