Lots of guys on here are running chinese replacemnt carbs... I just would worry how hard its going to be to get a rebuild kit when that day comes...

From what I hear, they seem to be hit or miss. I found a guy with like 40 carbs today, so I may stick with those for awhile. But some people have had great luck with the china carbs.

I fear them as a few days ago, I somehow busted my carb apart on my china moped. Had to braze weld it. Its holding fine now, but I've never seen a carb crack like that from normal riding?

If and when you need to jet it. Beware. You won't find these jets at your dealer I get guys that come to the parts counter all the time with these chinese door knobs. I can't ever help them.

    Has anybody tried these? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HONDA...Q5fAccessories

I've been emailing back and forth with the seller. He says it is a Keihin carb, and it does look like it says that on the side. I have asked a couple times what jets it comes with and it's like he keeps dancing around the question lol

If you pay under 69.99$ for your carb, it's a knock off.

Like Jeff said, I had to find and buy all these new strange jets, probably 75$ worth of jets.

If your putting it on a stock machine, you may be AOK, but if you have mods, be prepared to find the correct jets and pay for them........

And YES, they are most certainly "hit or miss".
