$250 is fair. Maier makes new white, black, and red plastics front and rear last I checked a few months ago. A little elbow grease and you can have that 200x looking nice. If you want to get the paint off the fenders (I think the front is savable at least?) Try a product called Safe Strip, it comes in a tall aerosol can. Spray this stuff on any surface, let it sit overnight, and the paint will peel right off. It is safe on plastic, as I have used it on some of mine, and it saves you a lot of time! After using this product, I remove the loose bubbled paint with a brush, then use wet sand paper (start at 200 grit) to get the rest. Good luck!
