    My first plastic tank resto

OK I got this tank and it was badly faded and had some fisheyed paint after a scotchbrite pad and some 400 and 600 grit wet sanding I tack clothed it and shot it with a sealer /primer then wet sanded again then sprayed it with the red wit a flex agent 3 coats then covered it with 3 coats of clear with flex agent and this is finished project. what do you guys think? considering this is my first tank resto.
Now if I had a trike it would fit other than the 185s frame it is sitting on. anyone need one?

Looks good,.......but I dont think its going to last long before it bubbles. Plastic tanks "breathe" through the plastic. Ever try to put a sticker on the top side of one? Bubbles off within weeks, especially when hot out.

I did one for one of my 250r's before. It started off as white as a ghost, i used a razor blade and scraped off as much of the "chalk" as I could, then started with 300 grit and worked my way up to 1000. It took a long time to do,...many beers were killed in the process.
