    200x motor ?

some punks stole my non running but complete 200x motor right out of my wheeler.
my question is do the vin numbers on my trike match up to the numbers on the motor in any way cause i want my motor back. im 95% sure i know who stole it and i doubt very seriously they left it complete cause i think they also have a 200x. my trike had benn sitting for a while actually i bought it and never got it running but have been gathering parts for it for about 4 years.
Naturally im as upset as i can be and i wont be calling the police on this one i'll handle it myself.
what i really want is my motor back or else i'll have to settle for something of enough monetary value to replace it. i do have a spare parts motor but it would take a lot more to get that one running than the one that was stolen. revenge is not really an issue here i just want justice.

Unfortunately, the numbers on the engine are not the same as the frame VIN number.

Sorry to hear about your situation. Be smart about whatever you do...

just look for clues. like on my X I had a very distinvtice scrape on the clutch cover that made it pop out, something like that. sounds a bit primitive but works.
You will cry, you will scream if you've heard half the **** I've seen.
Are you gonna get up and burn an X in your head?

Man that sucks sorry to hear. They must have known your schedule and had big balls to do that since it does take a few minutes to get the motor out.

Trike theft seems to be happening a lot this year. Security cameras will be a priority soon.
