if they want to save atv's from the chopping block they should bring three wheelers back into production that way they can go through the consent decree all over again ,thus taking the heat off of atv's......this will also give us all a chance to own a brand new three wheeler before it takes affect. :-D ---Joe 8)
The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

It would be a waste of money for the manufacturers to produce 3-wheelers for a short ammount of time....but hey...I would be first in line for an ATC400X

O.k. I understand there are certain safety risk's at hand with quad's, trike's and bike's...but if these no gooders with nothing better to do but say, hey.we have no life and we don't like seeing people have fun, they should ban car's and trucks, and bicycle's, plane's, train's, scooter's, rollerskates, blades, and skatebords...but they would say, "oh, well in most of these cases it's human error"..Exactly,not unsafe vehicle's.Human Error. The atv world in my eye's is no more unsafe as the automobile world.
