question about swing arm and the little caps for the sleeve

i got on my 350x today to start it and noticed a bunch of play somewhere. so i figured out where it was and took the long bolt out of the swing arm. in between the frame and swing arm there are little caps and inside those caps are a metal spacer for the swingarm and sleeve and also little rubber seals. well, both of the metal spacers are shot(one completely shredded) and the rubber seals are toast too. i cant figure out the name of those pieces and on ebay i found the whole sleeve with the caps but in the picture i can tell that the spacers arent there. anybody know how i can get a couple or make some?

i think im having trouble understanding because there arent any needle bearings in my swing arm. which would explain why the side collars were obliterated

after some research, i think the previous owner/owners might have used one of those bushing sets instead of bearings. really, i wish someone would tell me what i need to buy assuming that all i have is a hollow swing arm and the bolt w/nut that goes through it. i guess i know i need to buy some bearings, but what else? the dust seals? anything else?

I just bought those same bearings... haven't put them in yet though.
They go inside the actual swing arm, then the caps on the outside.

in the pic you posted, you are are able to see the pieces i was looking for. i was able to find a new kit (accidentally stumbled into it) that comes with every single piece that is required to attach a swingarm to the frame for $52. it includes the bearings, sleeve, caps, dust seals, washers, the bolt, the side collars ect.. only prob is i found it 1 minute after i had already ordered some bearings (was gonna piece it together). oh well, no biggie. i just have backup bearings now.
