250es forks

Do the 250es forks have oil in them aswell as a spring?
Is the travel good?

Why did they not make the 200es forks oil forks shame on them!

Yes the 250es has oil in the forks. If it has never been changed expect it to look like grey mud. I forget how much they take but if you don`t get an answer i will go out and get the book and look it up for you.

Fork oil capacity for ATC 250es

110.5-115.5 cc or 3.73-3.91 oz.

You can buy fork oil or use transmision fluid.
