the 250Es would kind of be in the dust though. the one I just fixed had a stop at about 5mph in reverse. what is reverse speed calibrated in?

Nah, one mistake at the wheel and you have to let out of throttle. If you had a narrow dragstrip, say only 100ft long and 6 or 8 foot wide with cones....that would get interesting!! I highly doubt you could go wide open in reverese in a narrorw course??? Trikefest prototype event???? Is is worth a try?? Imagine, lloking at the christmas tree light and WOTTIN' the throttle in reverse. lol lol may be a good time? sounds safe

Ovet the winter a buddy and I went accross the lake sitting backwards on the trikes. Got alot of looks. Not really reverse, but reverse riding.

What I meant was the Suauki's have the reverse that's geared real tall, Hondas & Yammies are geared real low, for torque.
There was a guy on here a couple years ago w/ a story about his ALT185 going crazy fast in reverse, I tried to find it, but couldn't
